Monday Motivation: CAN

When I was little, my grandma always used to say that “can’t” should not exist in my vocabulary. It’s not true. I can do anything and everything. I can do whatever I put my mind to. I have the power to do whatever I need to do and want to do. I just have to try, and not give up. Throughout my life that message has stuck with me. I can. I can get over this boy, I can do ten more crunches, I can write this term paper. The important thing is that you believe in yourself and that you believe  that you can no matter what anyone else may say or think. So the next time you think that you aren’t capable of passing a class, running a mile, being the bigger person, or learning something new, just tell yourself that you can, and don’t give up.
